Huadong Yu received his MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1988, and PhD from Chiba University (Japan) in 1998. He worked in the Japanese branch of Sandvik AB for the development of precision machining technology and systems between 1998 and 2000. He has been a professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology since 2001, President of the university since 2006, and a visiting professor of the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and Kagawa University (Japan). Professor Yu’s research interest is in the areas of precision machining of hard-brittle materials, ultra precision machining and micro optomechatronics. He has been a PI or coordinator for more than 20 EU, national, provincial, ministerial and industrial projects. Up to now, Professor Yu has published more than 70 papers, and won the Excellent Paper Award of Japanese JSAT. Professor Yu is a “973” project coordinator (chief scientist), expert committee member of China’s “863” Program, member of Mechanical Discipline Advisory Board of the Ministry of Education, and senior expert of Jilin Province. In 2010, he was recognized as a "National Excellent Scientist" in China, and one of the “Top 10 Returnee Talents of Changchun”. Professor Yu is also President of the International Society for Nano Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement (3M-NANO), Vice-Chairman of National Technical Committee on Opto-electronic Measurement of Standardization Administration of China, China Society for Measurement, China Association for Science and Technology of Jilin Province, and Mechanical Engineering Society of Jilin Province. As a visiting scholar sponsored by the China State Scholarship Fund, she pursued her research in the Robotics Research Group, the University of Essex of United Kingdom from March 2006 to March 2007. She is a Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology, and the deputy director of Changchun Science and Technology Innovation Centre for Nano-manufacturing. She is mainly engaging in the research field of mobile robot control from 1987 to 2012. She has done and is doing more than 20 projects from 863 Program, NSFC, EU FP7, MOST, and ministerial, provincial and municipal research projects. She has obtained five awards of ministry class and province class. She has published over 40 papers and three books.
Hongmei Xu Associate professor, Master Instructor. She studied at Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics(Changchun University of Science and Technology), received her BSc in Application of Electronic Technology on 1993，MSc in Physical El ectronics and Optoelectronics on 1996, and PhD in Optical Engineering on 2009. Since 1996, she taught at the school of Electronics and Information Engineering of Changchun University of Science and Technology, mainly engaged in the professional foundation courses teaching and experimental development. Exchange as a visiting scholar from 2008 to 2009, at the school of Information Science and Engineering of Southeast University. He is currently working in the Key Laboratory of Inter-scale Micro- Nano Manufacturing Technology of the Ministry of Education of Changchun University of Science and Technology, and is the project leader of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Youth Fund, the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation, and the Natural Science Foundation of the Department of Science and Technology of Jilin Province. Zuobin Wang
received his BSc/MSc from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, and PhD in Optical Engineering from the Centre for Microengineering and Nanotechnology of the University of Warwick, sponsored by the Sino-British Friendship Scholarship Scheme (SBFSS). Between May 1997 and June 2010, he was a research associate/senior research fellow/PI of Cardiff University, and as a participant or leader, involved in a number of EU projects (such as DELILA, HYDROMEL and IPMMAN). He was honoured as a High-Level Creative and Innovative Talent in 2009 and Changbai Scholar Professor in 2014 by the Government of Jilin Province. He is Visiting Professor of the University of Bedfordshire, Director of International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China, Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing and Jilin Provincial Key Laboratory for Multi-information Nano Detection and Handling of Single Cells. He is also the joint deputy director of the Joint Research Centre for Computer-Controlled Nanomanufacturing with the University of Bedfordshire. His research interest is in the areas of laser interference lithography, nanomanipulation and their applications, leading more than 60 EU, China’s National Key R&D and other projects. Zhengxun Song received his BSc/MSc from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1989 and 1992, respectively. He is a professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology. In October 2004, he worked as an academic visitor in Yokohama National University of Japan, sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, for one year. In September 2011, he visited the University of Bedfordshire (UK) for 3 months working on EU FP7 project LaserNaMi. He is the deputy director of the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies, and Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing. His work focuses on nano-manipulation, nano-manufacturing and systems, and optical and wireless communications. He is currently working on 11 projects from EU FP7, MOST, NSFC, and local government.
Jingquan Lin
received his Ph.D in 1999 from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the Chinese Academy of Science. From 2000 to 2009, who was engaged in scientific research in Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation(NTT)、National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology(AIST), Japan, and Ludwig Maximilian Muenchen Unitversitaet(LMU), Germany. Prof. Lin joined in Changchun University of Science and Technology and started Ultrafast Optical Laboratory in July, 2009. His current research interest includes: Ultrafast nanooptics, femtosecond laser induced micro-and nano surface structure, femtosecond laser filament and its application、laser plasma EUV source for lithography and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and so on. He has published more than 80 publications in referred journals. Currently he is serving as a board member of Journal of Optics (Institute of Physics, UK).

Jingmei Li received her B.S. in Biology from Jilin Normal University in 1994, M.S. in inorganic chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2007, and PhD in material physics and chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011. Currently, she is an Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology and her research primarily focuses on the biological safety of fullerene derivatives, biological analysis, drug controlled release material field and genetically engineered drug research and development. She is leading seven National 863 and other national projects, and she also participates in a number of projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and other national projects.
Yujuan Chen Ph.D., professor, doctoral supervisor, received her PhD in Medical Bioengineering from Jilin University in 2008. She has been working in Changchun University of Science and Technology since 2008. From June 2015 to June 2016, she studied in US in Ichan School of Medicine at Mount Sinai as a visiting scholar working on food allergy, such as screening new drug from natural compounds. Her main research directions are screening active ingredients of natural medicine and studying their structures-activity relationships and developing health supplement products, based on nanomanipulation and nanodetection technology. She was in charge of over 10 projects, two of them supported by the National Key R&D Program of China and two by Jilin Provincial Department of Science and Technology; she has participated in several projects, including 2 EU grants (ENSIGN and MNR4SCell). She has 6 patents and > 40 journal publications.
Yingmin Qu
Associate professor, Master’s supervisor, her research focuses on nanomanipulation technology in biomedical applications, cell multidimensional signal detection and image processing, deep learning-based diagnostic systems, micro/nano information sensing. She received the B.S. degree in Biomedical Engineering in 2012 and M.S. degree in Electronic Science and Technology in 2019 from Changchun University of Science and Technology. In July 2013, she visited the Cardiff University School of Medicine and University of Bedfordshire (UK) for 2 months working on EU FP7 project LaserNaMi. In Novermber 2013, she visited the Tampere University of Technology for 1 month. She has led three major research initiatives, including a sub-project under China's National Key R&D Program, a horizontal collaborative project with industry partners, and a scientific research grant from the Jilin Provincial Department of Education. Additionally, she has contributed to 15 national and provincial-level projects, such as the EU Framework Programme and initiatives organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology. To date, her research output includes 15 peer-reviewed publications indexed in SCI/EI databases and 10 invention patents (filed or granted), demonstrating expertise in both theoretical innovation and practical applications.
Miao Yu received her B.S. in optical information science and technology from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2009, and M.S. in optics from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2012. In October 2010, she went to Tampere University of Technology to do cooperative research for 3 months. She participates in a number of projects, and now she works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies (CNM) of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her research interest is in the area of simulation and fabrication of nano-array structures in laser interference lithography.

received his B.S. in Electronic Information Engineering from Shenyang University of Science and Technology in 2005,and M.S. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011.From the year of 2005 to 2008,he worked at Northeast Industries Group Co., Ltd.From the year of 2011 to 2015,he worked at Changchun Research Institute for Mechanical Science Co.,Ltd，mainly engaged in research and development of control system for multi-channel dynamic test equipment.He has published more than five research papers and issued more than one patent. Since the year of 2015, he works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology.Currently, he is mainly engaging in the development of AFAM.
Ying Xie
A
ssistant Researcher, obtained a bachelor's degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Jilin University in 2012 and a master's degree in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics from Jilin University in 2015. Currently working at the International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China of Changchun University of Science and Technology, involved in multiple projects funded by the European Union, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and provincial governments. The main research direction is nanoscale manipulation and micro-nano manufacturing.
Ying Wang received her B.S in Electronic and Information Engineering from the Jilin Normal University in 2011, and M.S in Electronic Science and Technology from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2015. She participates in number of EU FP7 and national projects, and now works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her current research interest is in Maco/Nano manipulation and its application in single biomolecules

Wenxiao Cao received his B.S. in detection guidance and control technology from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2008,and M.S. in instrument science and technology also from the Changchun University of Science in 2013,From the year of 2013 to 2018,he worked at Air force test base and mainly engaged in research and development of electro-optic theodolite,Now he works as a laboratorian in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology,His current research interest is development of software and hardware of Nano handling platform.
Linqun Cheng Assistant engineer, received his Bachelor of Engineering in major of measurement and control technology and instrument from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2012. He received his M.S. in major of Microelectronics and Solid Electronics from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2015. From July 2015 to January 2018, he worked in Mxtronics of CASC, engaged in algorithm design of poisoning and timing of GPS and Compass. Now he is working in International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China, research on nano-handling technology.
Qinhan Zhang received his M.S. in Optical Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2017, now he works as a research associate in the International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China. His current research interest is in the Nanophotonics and Biophotonics.
Li Lei received her B.A. from School of Foreign Languages in Northeast Normal University in 2011, and in 2014 got the Master degree of Translation and Interpreting in Northeast Normal University. Now she works in the International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China in Changchun University of Science and Technology. Currently, she is mainly engaging in the affairs of 3M-NANO Conference and Society.
Yingying Song
received her Bachelor of English in Yanbian University in 2009, and in 2012 got the Master degree of Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics in Yanbian University. Now she works in the International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China in Changchun University of Science and Technology. Currently, she is mainly engaging in the affairs of 3M-NANO Conference and Society.
Jia Xu, PhD student. His current research interest is in laser interference lithography. He is involved in the projects of EU FP7 LaserNaMi, Direct laser interference nanolithography, Nano-structured high efficiency solar cells, and Direct laser interference nanolithography and applications.
Dapeng Wang, PhD student (University of Bedfordshire). His current research interest is in the High-resolution and Large-area Laser Interference NanoManufacturing. He is involved in the project of 973 Program, Direct Laser Interference Nanolithography Technology and Applications, FP7 LaserNaMi Program.
Yu Hou, PhD student (University of Bedfordshire). His current research interest is in the nano handling and measurement of biological cells in culture.
