_Huadong Yu received his MEng in Mechanical Engineering from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1988, and PhD from Chiba University (Japan) in 1998. He worked in the Japanese branch of Sandvik AB for the development of precision machining technology and systems between 1998 and 2000. He has been a professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology since 2001, President of the university since 2006, and a visiting professor of the University of Bedfordshire (UK) and Kagawa University (Japan). Professor Yu’s research interest is in the areas of precision machining of hard-brittle materials, ultra precision machining and micro optomechatronics. He has been a PI or coordinator for more than 20 EU, national, provincial, ministerial and industrial projects. Up to now, Professor Yu has published more than 70 papers, and won the Excellent Paper Award of Japanese JSAT. Professor Yu is a “973” project coordinator (chief scientist), expert committee member of China’s “863” Program, member of Mechanical Discipline Advisory Board of the Ministry of Education, and senior expert of Jilin Province. In 2010, he was recognized as a "National Excellent Scientist" in China, and one of the “Top 10 Returnee Talents of Changchun”. Professor Yu is also President of the International Society for Nano Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement (3M-NANO), Vice-Chairman of National Technical Committee on Opto-electronic Measurement of Standardization Administration of China, China Society for Measurement, China Association for Science and Technology of Jilin Province, and Mechanical Engineering Society of Jilin Province. He is also Chairman of the Academic Committee of International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China.
 
 
_Zuobin Wang received his BSc/MSc from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, and PhD in Optical Engineering from the Centre for Microengineering and Nanotechnology of the University of Warwick, sponsored by the Sino-British Friendship Scholarship Scheme (SBFSS). Between May 1997 and June 2010, he was a research associate/senior research fellow of Cardiff University, and as a participant or leader, involved in a number of EU projects (such as DELILA, HYDROMEL and IPMMAN). He was honoured as a High-Level Creative and Innovative Talent in 2009 and Changbai Scholar Professor in 2014 by the Government of Jilin Province. He is Visiting Professor of the University of Bedfordshire and Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Director of International Research Centre for Nano Handling and Manufacturing of China, Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing, and Changchun Science & Technology Innovation Centre for Nanomanufacturing. He is also the deputy director of the International Joint Research Center for Nanophotonics and Biophotonics (IJRCNB) with the Institute for Lasers, Photonics, and Biophotonics (ILPB), USA, and the joint deputy director of the Joint Research Centre for Computer-Controlled Nanomanufacturing with the University of Bedfordshire. Dr Wang is a founding chair of the International Conference on Manipulation, Manufacturing and Measurement on the Nanoscale (3M-NANO), and Vice-President & Executive Secretary of 3M-NANO International Society. He is currently leading a number of EU FP7 and national projects.
 
_Zhengxun Song received his BSc/MSc from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1989 and 1992, respectively. He is a professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology. In October 2004, he worked as an academic visitor in Yokohama National University of Japan, sponsored by the China Scholarship Council, for one year. In September 2011, he visited the University of Bedfordshire (UK) for 3 months working on EU FP7 project LaserNaMi. He is the deputy director of the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies, and Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing. His work focuses on nano-manipulation, nano-manufacturing and systems, and optical and wireless communications. He is currently working on 11 projects from EU FP7, MOST, NSFC, and local government.
 
_Jingquan Lin received his Ph.D in 1999 from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics, the Chinese Academy of Science. From 2000 to 2009, who was engaged in scientific research in Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation(NTT)、National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology(AIST), Japan, and Ludwig Maximilian Muenchen Unitversitaet(LMU), Germany. Prof. Lin joined in Changchun University of Science and Technology and started Ultrafast Optical Laboratory in July, 2009. His current research interest includes: Ultrafast nanooptics, femtosecond laser induced micro-and nano surface structure, femtosecond laser filament and its application、laser plasma EUV source for lithography and laser induced breakdown spectroscopy and so on. He has published more than 80 publications in referred journals. Currently he is serving as a board member of Journal of Optics (Institute of Physics, UK).
 
_Zhankun Weng received his BSc/MSc from Changchun University of Science and Technology in July 1998 and April 2004, respectively, and PhD in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics from Dalian University of Science and Technology in June 2008. He is a visiting scholar in Michigan State University (US) from September 2011 to September 2012. He is an Associate Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology. He is the deputy director of Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies, and Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing. He is currently leading one NSFC project, and as a participant in more than ten projects such as EU FP7 and national projects. He has published more than twenty research papers and applied for more than ten patents. Now his interest is in the area of fabrication and physical properties of nanosize array structures and nano-handling technology.
 
_Zhen Hu received her BSc in Automation from Jilin Engineering College in 1984, MSc in Optoelectronic Technology from Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics in 1987, and PhD in Optical Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011. As a visiting scholar sponsored by the China State Scholarship Fund, she pursued her research in the Robotics Research Group, the University of Essex of United Kingdom from March 2006 to March 2007. She is a Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology, and the deputy director of Changchun Science and Technology Innovation Centre for Nano-manufacturing. She is mainly engaging in the research field of mobile robot control from 1987 to 2012. She has done and is doing more than 20 projects from 863 Program, NSFC, EU FP7, MOST, and ministerial, provincial and municipal research projects. She has obtained five awards of ministry class and province class. She has published over 40 papers and three books.
_Hongmei Xu Associate professor, Master Instructor. She studied at Changchun Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics(Changchun University of Science and Technology), received her BSc in Application of Electronic Technology on 1993MSc in Physical Electronics and Optoelectronics on 1996, and PhD in Optical Engineering on 2009. Since 1996, she taught at the school of Electronics and Information Engineering of Changchun University of Science and Technology, mainly engaged in the professional foundation courses teaching and experimental development. Exchange as a visiting scholar from 2008 to 2009, at the school of Information Science and Engineering of Southeast University. She went to Germany to participate the China-German personnel exchange programs at Oldenburg University from 2012 to 2013. Beginning in 2008being a member of Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies, she participated in a number of related research projects.
 
_Jingmei Li received her B.S. in Biology from Jilin Normal University in 1994, M.S. in inorganic chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2007, and PhD in material physics and chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011. Currently, she is an Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology and her research primarily focuses on the biological safety of fullerene derivatives, biological analysis, drug controlled release material field and genetically engineered drug research and development. She is leading seven National 863 and other national projects, and she also participates in a number of projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and other national projects received her B.S. in Biology from Jilin Normal University in 1994, M.S. in inorganic chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2007, and PhD in material physics and chemistry from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011. Currently, she is an Associate Professor of Changchun University of Science and Technology and her research primarily focuses on the biological safety of fullerene derivatives, biological analysis, drug controlled release material field and genetically engineered drug research and development. She is leading seven National 863 and other national projects, and she also participates in a number of projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, and other national projects.
 
_Yingmin Qu received her B.S. in pharmaceutical engineering from Jilin University of Chemistry and Technology in 2009, M.S. in  biomedical engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2012. She participates in a number of EU FP7 and national projects, and now works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology.

_Miao Yu received her B.S. in optical information science and technology from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2009, and M.S. in optics from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2012. In October 2010, she went to Tampere University of Technology to do cooperative research for 3 months. She participates in a number of projects, and now she works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies (CNM) of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her research interest is in the area of simulation and fabrication of nano-array structures in laser interference lithography.
 
_Wenjun Li received her B.S. in Optical Engineering from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2010, and M.S. in Detection Technology and Automation Devices from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2013. In October 2012, she went to Tampere University of Technology to do cooperative research for 2 months. She is involved in the project of 973 Program, FP7 LaserNaMi Program. Her current research interest is in the Laser Interference Lithography for Applications in Biomedicine.
 
_Jinyun Liu received her B.S. in Communication Engineering from the College of Optical and Electonical Information Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2010, and M.S. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2013. In October 2013, she went to University of Bedfordshire to do cooperative research for 2 months. She participates in a number of EU FP7 and national projects, and now works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her current research interest is in the Magnetic Force Imaging and Handling of Cancer Cells on the Nanoscale in Culture.

 
_Guoliang Wang received his B.S in Electronic Information Science and Technology from the Tianshui Normal University in 2010, and M.S in Electronic Science and Technology from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2014. He participates in number of EU FP7 and national projects, and now works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology. He current research interest is in Maco/Nano manipulation and its application in biomedical, photoacoustic.

 
_Liang Cao received his B.S. in Optoelectronic Information Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011, and M.S. in Optical Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2014, now he works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology. His current research interest is in the Fabrication of Nanostructure in Laser Interference Lithography.
 
_Lu Wang received her B.S. in Electronic Science and Technology from Jilin University in 2004, and M.S. in Optical Engineering from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2007. From the year of 2007 to 2014, she worked at Changchun New Industries Optoelectronics Tech. Co., Ltd., as technical support, production manager, overseas purchase and American sales manager. She attended international optoelectronic exhibitions domestic and overseas every year to promote laser products, has a extensive knowledge of the marking of laser field, and been in charge of the FDA Certificate application of all laser products. Since the year of 2014, works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her current research direction is the preparation of micro-nano structure with laser interference and practical applications.

 
_Wenxiao Zhang received her B.S. in Automation from the Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011,and M.S. in Detection Technology and Automation Devices from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2014.Now she works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology.His current research interest is in the Atomic Force Microscope handling and its application in biomedical.
_Xinyue Wang received her B.S. in biotechnology from JiLin Agricultural University in 2010, and M.S. in genetics from Bethune medical school of JiLin University in 2013. From 2011 to 2013 as a exchange student, she studied at Key Laboratory of Cell Differentiation and Apoptosis of National Ministry of Education in Basic medicine faculty of Shanghai JiaoTong University. She participates in national projects, and now she works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies (CNM) of Changchun University of Science and Technology. Her current research interest is in the AFM nano handling system Applications in life science.
 
 
_Ran Ding received his B.S. in Microelectronics in Jilin University in 2010, and Ph.D in Physical electronics in 2015. He mainly researches on development and application of micro-nano functional devices who has published fifteen papers. Now he works as a post-doctor in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies, and Jilin Provincial International Science & Technology Cooperation Base for Nano Handling, Assembly & Manufacturing.
 
 
_Liguo Tian received his B.S. in Electronic Information Engineering from Shenyang University of Science and Technology in 2005,and M.S. in Pattern Recognition and Intelligent System from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 2011.From the year of 2005 to 2008,he worked at Northeast Industries Group Co., Ltd.From the year of 2011 to 2015,he worked at Changchun Research Institute for Mechanical Science Co.,Ltd,mainly engaged in research and development of control system for multi-channel dynamic test equipment.He has published more than five research papers and issued more than one patent.
        Since the year of 2015, he works as a research associate in the Centre for Nano Metrology and Manufacturing Technologies of Changchun University of Science and Technology.Currently, he is mainly engaging in the development of AFAM.
